Ordering Information

Step 1: Complete your purchase by selecting the Paypal button for the package of your choice.

Step 2: Send us an email at design@rcm-marketing.com and include the following:

• Your Paypal Transaction Id#
• Your name, address and phone number
• Design Package you are purchasing
• Physical address you want your cards shipped to (no P.O. Boxes)
• The following information listed below:

Please include basic information in regards to colors, graphics, and design ideas that you would like to have implemented in your card design.

Design: Once we have all your information, we will design your card within 3-5 business days. We will then send you a proof, via email for you to proof read and approve.

Step 3: Once approved, via email only, your order will be printed and shipped to the address that you provided.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders ship via 2-3 day ground shipping. RCM Marketing is not responsible for errors noticed after your Hero Cards are printed, so please proof read carefully!
